Apex systems promotes a metrics driven micro management culture. Recruiters fresh out of training are treated like children and expected to put perform metrics on low level projects. Managers constantly check in on recruiter progress throughout the day and big employees about metrics. Management only cares about meeting quarterly goals so the firm can make more money. Pay is significantly lower than other staffing firms and commission isn’t an option for recruiters. Save yourself some time and don’t work here.
