5 Days Working, 8 Hours in a Day was only pros to work but its now 9 working hours. Choose to work here only if you are not getting job anywhere else.
Cons
Low Salary and increment after 1 year completion, that was also not fixed. You just need to do buttering to management for this. Lots of politics you are going to face. No appreciation mail you got after achievements as management already had mind set that only some team is good in whole company. No Growth and Learning. They won't allow you to do new task as they always concern about that you are going to do something wrong. So basically no learning If You are Marathi then you can have good relation with your manager and management while other team members were treated as they don't exist.
