      Company is people first. The CTO's human aspect is on next level. He literally keeps his employee first. Work enviroment is mostly chill (Sometimes not good depending on client). Work life balance is amazing, Company don't shad away weight but train the workforce. Peace of mind Remote first

      Cons

      They give priority to long term stability more than salary increment. Growth is slow.

      With great freedom comes great responsibility. So if you are someone who isn't okay with ownership of their work, it will be difficult for you. No handholding as everyone in the team is highly motivated startup individuals always looking forward to solving the next problem.
