Pros

They have great values in their Manifesto. Interview process is good and friendly without any rudeness.

Cons

Even though they showed great values in their Manifesto, at the end it is a business. So even though you have talent and past achievements that are testimony of your worth, it all depends on clients. Clients these days are so ignorant and hooked up in looking at experiences in your resume rather than achievements, qualities, character, talents, energy, and enthusiasm of the candidate to grow. And these companies play fiddle to the Clients demands. If you have a career gap, then be prepared to be disappointed as they would end the job contract just like that, even though you perform well in interviews, and give yourself to the fullest.

Pros

1. No micromanagement 2. Flexible working hours 3. Friendly, welcoming, and warm coworkers. 4. Inspiring and encouraging senior management. 5. Flat hierarchy 6. Freedom of creativity and expression. You are encouraged to find your own creative ways to solve a problem.

Cons

With great freedom comes great responsibility. So if you are someone who isn't okay with ownership of their work, it will be difficult for you. No handholding as everyone in the team is highly motivated startup individuals always looking forward to solving the next problem.

Pros

Company is people first. The CTO's human aspect is on next level. He literally keeps his employee first. Work enviroment is mostly chill (Sometimes not good depending on client). Work life balance is amazing, Company don't shad away weight but train the workforce. Peace of mind Remote first

Cons

They give priority to long term stability more than salary increment. Growth is slow.
