Quality department is run by two people, and being run straight into the ground. These two individuals foster a power-hungry, egotistic, and manipulative environment. I have evidence that one of these individuals (early shift co-worker) was tampering with data I entered. Manager’s jealousy of the safety specialist is bizarre and disturbing. Overall, hard work and integrity are not rewarded, and are in fact penalized.
