Cons
This company makes false promises. You will not get a management position anytime soon. There are only 10 management position maximum, there are 5 sites and with each site there is an assistant manager and site manager. When a assistant manager or site manager inevitably quits because of poor corporate management and endless/pointless manager meetings, they will be fine with only one manager per site, and then have the supervisors do an assistant manager’s duties without the assistant manager’s pay. They will make promises that they are growing fast, but it’s been over a year and there are still only 5 sites. They use Covid as an excuse for the lack of new sites, but really they know that opening a new site will be the death of the company with or without Covid. TL;DR You won’t become a manager, the company runs on lies and a dollar store self-help book culture.
