      Terrible communication. People that "work" at home, don't always work from home. Bad management.

      Good benefits, flexible work schedule, lots of team activities, great customers.

      Pros

      There is a lot of room to work on projects at your own pace.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of oversight, I went weeks without check-ins. Many of the assembly workers are not happy, which leads to some friction.
