      Pros

      The people are amazing. There is a sense of comradery that does not exist every where.

      Cons

      High turnover, benefit cost to employees. The company is not what it once was. Lack of trust with employees.

      Pros

      There is a lot of room to work on projects at your own pace.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of oversight, I went weeks without check-ins. Many of the assembly workers are not happy, which leads to some friction.
