Disappointed - Direct Support Professional (DSP) Everas Community Services Employee Review

There’s no room for growth unless you want to be worked like a slave and do the jobs of everyone else. No team work in certain locations. Management is horrible and they don’t care about their employees. Understaffed most the time so you’ll probably be working by yourself. Management is very rude especially Amanda Saltzman who is one of the higher directors. Hopefully you will receive a manager who will stay at the job for more than 3 months and doesn’t think they’re a commander like Latisha Horn.
