Pros
A pleasant and professional and casual work environment. Competitive salaries and good benefits. Employees in management and different service areas and disciplines tend to work together and listen to each other. Adequate training is provided, and mistakes are addressed in a non-punitive manner. Efforts are continually made to show that employees are respected and their work is valued.
Cons
The 12 different sites don't always communicate well with one another to ensure uniform and consistent practices and procedures throughout the system. Could do more to support employees emotionally, especially when they work with difficult clients and in stressful situations.
