- Residents and family are friendly - Most Staff are pleasant - Great benefits & majority of the time it's a great work environment/atmosphere
Cons
- It's a challenge trying to get in contact with the HR Department - Management doesn't deal with issues within staffing such as staff members trying to get specific people fired, etc. - VERY POOR COMMUNICATION between staff & management - Overtime is limited, rare
