That, along with investment in career growth and development of our employees, is one of the reasons we love working here. We take the safety of our employee and residents seriously. It’s why we regularly conduct trainings and have an employee-led safety committee to continuously bring best practices and new ideas to our working environment. We encourage all employees to speak with their manager, a member of the leadership team, or HR if they have any concerns. We also offer a safety and ethics action line for 24-hour, confidential reporting. All of this is in support of our Christian Core Values and Mission which prioritizes putting people first in our actions and decisions.
