Pros
The Executive Leadership Team does a great job keeping people informed of what is going on and why certain key decisions are being made. They are open and honest about what is working and what isn't. They are very upfront in regards to what we do well and what we need to get better at. They encourage and welcome ideas and do a great job of looking at ideas from a budget and ROI stand point and including you in those conversations. So even if they "say no to something" they not only explain it to you but also make you part of the process which often times ends up having you believe it probably wasn't the best idea to begin with. They are invested in growing the company and supply us with the resources to do so.
Cons
No glaring weaknesses from my point of view as they are striving to be better in all areas of 3rd Party Recruiting services for their clients and candidates.
