Pros
As a business that maintains a start-up culture, mistakes are bound to be made. However, when mistakes are made, they are careful to treat their employees in the best way possible given the circumstances. And, of course, fewer and fewer mistakes are made over time. They are getting better and better every day! They are now set up for growth, and I expect that to start happening at great speed any time now!
Cons
As with any start-up culture, there is occasionally more work on your plate than can possibly be done. However, they are understanding of that as long as you keep communication open and clear.
