      bait and switch. Say there's a little bit of calling involved but it's just telemarketing. If you have a problem with the lead sales guy, don't go to HR that's his wife. If you have a problem with the GM or the sales manager also don't go to HR that's their sister-in-law...

      They are desperate and will hire anyone because no one stays here. Revolving door mentality.

      Cons

      Ridiculous amount of driving with no reimbursement, they expect you to drive hours during rush hour from one side of the state to the other in the same day. Very misleading when you start as to expectations and types of leads.
