Pros

Amazing co-workers. They are all very talented, experienced, and supportive. Experience can be put on your CV/Resume.

Cons

The CEO/owner expects an experienced and full-timer skills from ✨intern✨, which doesn’t make any sense. Unpaid internship for 6 months. The job as intern is literally the whole full-time entry level scope of work. Basically those interns work a “full-time-job” kind of work with no pay for 6 months. Intern-to-hire pipeline is nothing more than a myth, there are only 2 or 3 interns who got hired as paid employees in this company. To sprinkle some more salt to the wound, those employees work mostly for more than 10 hours per day with barely above minimum wage, some even minimum wage.

Pros

Completing the Ever Lasting Internship Program was one of the greatest accomplishments I made in 2025. As a student who didn’t quite know where to start my marketing career, this internship gave me the clarity, confidence, and hands-on experience I needed. I had the chance to work on real-world projects, contribute to campaigns, take ownership of my learning, and collaborate with teams across the brand. Moreover, this internship provided me with the opportunity to collaborate with other official members and share my ideas directly with the founder, gaining a deeper understanding of the brand’s mission and its underlying intentions. This opportunity allowed me not just to build my skills, but to step in as an active member who contributed to the ongoing shaping of the brand. Along the way, I was supported by a team that was open to questions, eager to provide feedback, and genuinely excited to help me strengthen my skills while encouraging me to bring my ideas to the table. From here, I found a group of people who were not just my co-workers, but also friends, mentors, and role models whom I can look up to in the industry. I’m incredibly grateful for the guidance, mentorship, and trust I received throughout my time here.

Cons

This is an unpaid internship that was fast-paced and required managing multiple priorities efficiently, recommending to individuals who are looking to build portfolios and resumes, and having strong organizational and time management skills.
