Pros
Literally none, they act like this is the only place that will give you a chance. Corporate office has only 3 people of color and everyone else is white but the centers are filled with * Diverse * providers to sell you the facade that they care about being inclusive. The lack of communication is astounding. You will have to email someone 7 times before you ever hear a response.
Cons
- extremely Low pay -Their bonus structure is a lie from the beginning. I've been with the company almost a year now and have barely received bonus and it's never the amount they promised. -Absolutely no Commission even when your booked back to back. -Don't let them train you on laser hair removal because then you will literally never have a break in your 11 hour shift. -Imagine having to do more than your peers because they oddly enough do not train everyone on all their modalities. -Some Nurses that have been here long will treat you like your completely beneath them and theres no accountability for keeping rooms tidy. -Nurses and Aestheticians can perform the same body treatments but they do not care about doing the treatments accurately and will tell the front desk to move appointments they do not want onto the aestheticians schedule. - No communication what so ever with the schedule. they have one man doing the schedule now for 5 locations, its madness
