Pros

Excellent leadership. My supervisors are always willing to get you what you need to succeed. Flexible hours help balance a busy home/work life. Abundance of paid holidays that I have only seen prior to this at government positions. Everyone is friendly and helpful which is great when you are new. Every necessary resource is made available from laptops to scrubs and more.

Cons

Mostly online training. Not many in person trainings with actual coworkers. But it isn't terrible and there is lots of support. Pay isn't great but it's not too bad.

Pros

flexible schedule, gas card, insurance, patients are endearing to work with, very rewarding work

Cons

The facility assignments were not consistent in volume, making it difficult to make a living wage. The company took most of the medicare reimbursement and did not always value the contributions of the psychotherapist because the reimbursement levels were much lower than that of physical health payment codes. No real path for advancement.
