Pros

If you have passion for the community that includes all diversity, this is the job for you! If you want to learn different systems to navigate through to complete patient charting, this is for you!

Cons

This company not only lacks communication, but it’s lacks taking accountability for the disrespect and unprofessionalism that is portrayed from supervisor to employee, and from employee to any licensed practitioner you work underneath. This position made me feel humiliated, disrespected, and less worthy to be apart of this company.

Pros

flexible schedule, gas card, insurance, patients are endearing to work with, very rewarding work

Cons

The facility assignments were not consistent in volume, making it difficult to make a living wage. The company took most of the medicare reimbursement and did not always value the contributions of the psychotherapist because the reimbursement levels were much lower than that of physical health payment codes. No real path for advancement.
