Pros

Some schedule flexibility and some great co-workers, Teletriage team to cover nights and weekends

Cons

Pay is terrible for what they expect of you, benefits are awful, they give you some gas money for your travel but their tire replacement and maintenance reimbursement is a joke so you are putting a lot of wear and tear on your car and not receiving a true mileage reimbursement, executive leadership is tone deaf, there are so many rules and regulations about what you can and cannot do and how you have to document that keeping up with that is almost a full-time job aside from seeing your patients, and their “training” is a joke.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and perspective. We’re glad to hear that schedule flexibility, supportive colleagues, and the teletriage team have been positive aspects of your experience. We also recognize the concerns you raised around compensation, benefits, travel expectations, training, and communication from leadership, and these are important areas we continually evaluate as we work to better support our clinicians. We appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback.

Pros

flexible schedule, gas card, insurance, patients are endearing to work with, very rewarding work

Cons

The facility assignments were not consistent in volume, making it difficult to make a living wage. The company took most of the medicare reimbursement and did not always value the contributions of the psychotherapist because the reimbursement levels were much lower than that of physical health payment codes. No real path for advancement.
