• Not so pleasant management. • People on the management side are very manipulate the employees to join the company. They‘re too good to you before joining the company but they change the behaviour after you join the company. • There is pure culture of favouritism and people in their good books are treated with respect and others are treated with disrespectfully. • There is close to ZERO work life Balance and zero work ethics. • The leads uses statements like “Ukhaad k phek dunga”. • The salary paid is very less compared to the industry standards. • They will call you inside the cabin or on teams and insult you again and again over the same topic and make it look like you’re work was not at all worth the salary they pay you. • The environment is too toxic and too much politics
