      Company provides lot of freedom and lets me take complete ownership of projects. There is a strong emphasis on learning. Tech managers are extremely supportive and help in learning.

      Work from home. People are nice.

      Cons

      Vacation policies are extremely old for the US. Only 2 weeks a year no matter how long you work there. Software tools randomly get uninstalled, licenses revoked. Zero matching 401K.
