      I worked there for about 3 years, the founders are the one of the best people I have ever worked with, everybody in the company is involved and everyone's opinion matters.

      I can't think of any, it is one of the best companies I worked for.

      * Very friendly teammates that accepts you as you are. * Flexiable environment with. * Challengs every spirt. * Feels like you are at home. * Your voice is so important. * Cross functional team, so if you have the passion to work anything else rather than your track, go ahead. * Best company I worked for so far.

      - the environment is really cool - people are friendly and fun to be around - Salaries are competitive - Work is fun

      - Management is somehow micromanagement - Needless stress is put upon employees - Communication problems was a big issue
