Pros

- The product is very well respected in the industry and it has a very loyal client base. - The work environment is flexible and there is no micro managing. - Geat people to work with. - Open door culture. - One of the OG's of event technology so great things to learn if you want to join or grow in this industry. - Opportunity to travel and meet with industry leaders.

Cons

- HQ is in Australia so communication becomes a challenge sometimes because of the time difference. - Benefits could be better

Pros

EventsAir has taken strides to continue to improve employee happiness, work-life balance, open lines of communication and transparency within the company. I feel like I can reach out to any of the company C-suites, something that is not common in larger companies. The people who work here are also all wonderful, and all work together towards a unified goal.

Cons

As we continue to scale up, we experience some teething issues, related to lack of staff in certain parts of the globe.

Cons

Career advancement opportunities are limited, with few clear paths for promotion or professional growth. Employees looking to progress into higher-level roles may find advancement challenging over time.
