Going to many different events, free food, tips on occasion

Terrible management, they don't answer their phones in regards to pay. Supervisors have no experience and are extremely unprofessional. Pay is less than industry standard at $12 while they get $35 per hour per employee. Sending employees home because of mistake bookings and not paying standard of 4hrs. Many illegal practices.
