Good pay, great culture, respectful of work-life balance and generous with holidays. The work is very interesting and there is lots to get involved in outside of your job title. You have the independence to explore other areas of the company you are interested in as well as within your role. Management trusting of you to get involved in client calls from the get go and are encouraging as well as supportive. Excellent training which is a combination of lots of helpful talks and resources, as well as opportunity to discover things on your own. Really friendly team who help each other out. Have loved it so far!
