      Good work/life balance. Endless snacks, sodas, and free lunches on Fridays. Friendly culture and dynamic startup-like environment. Good benefits for a small company. Great growth opportunities for starting careers. In the end, it's the people that make your time here enjoyable.

      Cons

      Low company morale. Regular turnover. Losing great coworkers can be demotivating. Not much focus on employee career growth, so you have to be self-motivated if you want to progress.
