Very poor HR - Anonymous employee Event Strategies Employee Review

This place is a joke….Zero pros they pay decent but this is an extremely stressful and unprofessional environment.

Management is absolutely horrible, and has no knowledge of professionalism. They use AI to generate everything for them. They have ZERO morals. HR is a joke it’s one person with 4 different roles that they have no knowledge about. Everyone is a chief and doesn’t work together. This company has Zero respect for its employees, and overwork them. I recommend staying far away from this company. They have a negative culture and environment.

And the award for worst Irish company goes to... Event Strategies. I worked for this joke of a company a few years ago and like most people who've worked there, it was a career low. The main problem is the owner is lazy and incompetent yet thinks he's Bill Gates. He enjoys humiliating employees, setting impossible tasks then berating them not being able to achieve them. He doesn't know much about the internet so gets angry at people who know more about it than he does. Other Senior members of the team are equally inappropriate. Their sales manager enjoys fighting with people, which makes it a hostile environment. Most of the employees are interns who are too inexperienced to stand up for themselves. The turnover of the company is ridiculous. People do not stay long there. If you're considering taking a job there, my advice is to run for the hills.
