      - Compensation - Benefits: No 401k matching, not too many healthy team-based activities - Need better people managers

      Pros

      The company does a great job vetting the the brightest, most talented staff. Wonder group of colleagues to work with. Very open to change for the better. Always looking for windows to take the lead in the category. Genuine, transparent and caring management.

      Cons

      Still settling in on the strongest direction in terms of product. Overlooked by VC's and missed funding opportunities.
