Pros
There used to be a wonderful friendly company culture in NZ. It was a fun place to work with good people who were very helpful and friendly, plus you got free or very cheap movies. Systems were improved during my time there which was great
Cons
There is no personal growth. The Australian parent company made 80% of the NZ Head Office staff redundant within a 3 month time period which decreased staff morale and left the remaining staff uncertain for their own future there. It was not handled well and the remaining staff were stretched to capacity to keep up
