Great innovative products Progressive HR team, working towards making the policies more attuned to the market and closing gaps (DEI, employee engagement, etc.)
Cons
Disparity in roles/levels/compensation, i.e. not structured Work distribution and resource allocation (departments & individuals) Go to market strategy could be better and consistent DEI wise we have made some inroads, but can still get better (middle & top management)
