Pros

Everyone genuinely wants to see each other succeed. Cross-team collaboration is essential here and everyone has a voice. Leadership is transparent, approachable, and always open to feedback. They take culture seriously and work to maintain a healthy, positive environment. There's a lot of room to expand your skills, and take ownership of projects. Personal and professional growth are important to leadership and the team.

Cons

I would venture to say there aren't any cons but the work can be fast-paced and priorities shift a lot as is common with this industry, so just coming in knowing you need to be adaptable and ready to work as a team!
