      Pros

      The product in the last few years have transformed and its an exceptional product for the event space. You learn a lot from a fast paced company that is making huge strides in the Event space. Strong teams with very smart co-workers, which allows for personal growth. Overall good culture. Not sure what these other reviews are talking about, I loved working there!

      Cons

      You are expected to perform to your best since you are working with very smart people, but that is not a true con. They just expect the team to be top performers since everyone there is a top performer. I enjoyed that culture and work environment. All working hard for the common goal.

      Pros

      Eved is a fast paced environment where everyone wins or loses together. Your impact will matter. It's a once in a lifetime opportunity to be a part of something transformative. There is an empowerment culture that allows you even at an entry level position to be responsible for your contribution. Great team with very nice and smart people. Hi level of integrity from leadership down and always trying to do best by customers. The transparency is refreshing.

      Cons

      This company is not for everyone. If you are looking for a place to clock in and out and have minimal responsibilities, Eved is not for you. You need to work hard and your team counts on you to come through. If you are not looking to be challenged and learn, it is not for you. It is also smaller and younger. There is opportunity to create some more processes. You have to be willing to work where everything is not already defined.
