I genuinely felt like they had my best interest in mind, even when that meant I would be leaving them. They were real champions behind my career goals.

Where to begin? The ownership is cowardly, incompetent, and still believes it's the 1980's. Ownership is extremely impatient and sexist, has received cease and desist letters from prospects. If you are an attractive female, there is a good chance you can be successful in the sales and recruiting roles as this company is own and run by women (the sexism is rampant). In terms of the current makeup of the company, ownership and sr management are all women. Of the sales & recruiting staff, 80% are female, with the ops side 90% female. Of the current management, there is only one honorable, intelligent manager employed there as ownership has fired or forced to resign the other decent members of the leadership team. However if you are an attractive woman who used to sell cosmetics and or grew up with the owners daughter, you can make great money as the nepotism at this company is unreal.
