Pros
The staff at Evans is very welcoming and friendly. They value hard work and positive attitudes! They have a bookkeeping department that also includes a very intelligent woman who makes sure you are trained well and will answer all of your questions. You also get the opportunity to work with people not directly in your office that work on the properties. I appreciate all of the people I met there and the opportunity to learn from such great people. Be sure to bring a positive attitude, a good work ethic, and love/passion for your job to your interview and to the rest of your days at work!
Cons
It is deadline driven, but what company isn't. The deadlines are within reason and doable if you are working! :)
