I couldn't ask for more than to be surrounded by colleagues who feel like friends, in a company that truly values my contribution and sees growth rocket year on year. On a professional level, this is the first place I’ve worked with such transparency. The strategy is so clearly defined and communicated throughout the company that it’s impossible not to see how your contribution impacts the overall success. The monthly company get-together offers insight into the performance and progress we’ve made and it’s incredibly satisfying to see the tangible difference each team and individual has made to achieve the strategic goals. I feel empowered in my role with clear objectives for development plus, more importantly, genuine opportunity and flexibility in progression. I love working in an environment that actively encourages innovation, meaning we’re always discovering new and improved ways of doing things. On a social level, organised fun is always on the cards with gatherings once or twice a month. The social committee never fail to disappoint with museum and theatre trips, a variety of sporting activities, as well as themed events, summer parties and the annual global meeting (an unforgettable trip involving plenty of staff appreciation, team building and celebration of the year's achievements). It doesn’t hurt being located in such a lively, thriving area - there’s so much on our doorstep we’re spoilt for choice when it comes to new bars, restaurants and pop-up events.
