The staff is a mix of union and non-union employees that sometimes used their positions to stagnate process and ideas that would further the good of the facility. Better communication would have helped across the board. In an environment where non-judgment is promoted, internally, among staff, there is a lot of disrespect for others specific skills and little concern for the negative impact of gossip, it makes for an unpleasant work experience, despite the good they are intending to do.
