Really great environment to work in, everyone is really supportive and will help you with anything you need. Good training and development path too.

I joined Eutopia as a Junior Consultant in 2001 (the 3rd employee) and enjoyed a wonderful 15 years with the business. My last full time role was that of interim CEO before becoming an NED - so clearly the business looks after their own staff and promotes from within. The management team is strong and everyone in the business contributes to the success of the business. There is not one person who doesn't add value. The newly appointed MD of Dubai, the FD and the Group Talent Manager add tremendous gravitas to the business and have helped shape the future of Eutopia. Staff are treated with respect, as adults and are given as much help as they require. The training program will best of breed (it's currently being implemented) and Eutopia offers a great deal of flexibility. The commission scheme for Consultants is unrivaled - its easy to understand and it's not changed in 15 years. Over the years, Eutopia has won numerous awards and has been involved in some significant projects. These have all been down to the way the business engages with its customers - by not applying a 'one size fits all approach', Eutopia has been able to devise solutions for its clients which has resulted in retaining a large proportion of those customers for 10+ years.

I really don't have anything significant to mention other than i know the staff would like to have a few more social events. If i were to be hyper critical then perhaps the three offices could collaborate a little more however this is tricky when they operate across three continents.
