Pros
Nice colleagues, someone very skilled. Very comprehensive, they try to find a project where your skills fit or to satisfy your personal needs (i.e. projects near home).
Cons
Mostly they work with public amministration, so it's difficult to avoid legacy projects. Courses and certifications depends on the project, so they could ask you to certificate on a certain product that is not so "catchy"...
