      A company with strong focus on technical aspects and always ready to provide personalized service. A good place to grow

      The packages are still not inline with competition and the infrastructure could use a massive infuze of capital to be able to become a significant player on the market

      Pros

      Except for old team and office location, I cannot really find any pros for this company. The good things have been progresivelly eliminated.

      Cons

      Management team and vision. Love for conflict. Encouraging blind competitivity. No team spirit at all. No respect for the employees. Stress on hierarchy - if you are not a director, you are treated like a door mat and nobody cares.
