Job satisfaction, selling a product that people genuinely love. Informal working, relaxed atmosphere, great team.
Cons
When I started at Euroventure it was great, but things went downhill after a change to senior management. Micromanagement and a lot of things went downhill. Odd pandemic strategy, asked to 'volunteer' whilst on furlough.
