Pros
-employees -young, international team -a croissant every Friday (but for this you work like a dog the whole week)
Cons
-there’s a lot of pressure, you need to always give 120%, but the salary is not good -trainings and language courses were promised to us - a lot of empty promises -very little options for a promotion - so if you’re career-oriented, it’s not for you -in content, you will mostly translate, in cs you’re just a number (stress on quantity not quality) and in sales you have to earn a lot, otherwise you’re seen as an expense -they need to realize a worker is an investment not an expense -arrogant CEOs
