High pace work, good to learn about sales and customer service, great for students or as a first job... employee discount and "ok" enviroment...

If you want to move on, you can't... if the "boss" doesn't like, you won't develop a career... they only want to hire part time workers... after almost 5 years there, a master degree in project management, I didn't get the chance to get more than 50% position nor the chance to get the assistant manager position, even tho' I applied multiple times...

You get a lot of service experience with good coworkers and good work routines
