Very demanding environment that can be stressful when working on high-profile projects. This could also be a positive aspect. Salary not what used to be. No bonus or other benefits. Need also to account for health expenses (% to be borne by staff with low thresholds in most cases). No state benefits or tax return either, so your salary is the only income you get.
