Pros
I managed to learn a lot about public policy and dabble in a variety of high-level administrative and organisational tasks.
Cons
I was there during the outbreak of the pandemic, so I wasn't really able to network as one would expect. However, I gather that this is no problem usually as there are plenty of socialising after office hours.
