First point, at the time of the interview the company claims to be digital, modern, flexible with hours and in favor of the hybrid regime, but from the moment you join the company you realize that the situation is totally different. There is no hybrid regime and you are obliged to go to the office even on weekends and holidays. Managers, directors who do not understand anything about technology, thus making the work environment unproductive. There are days when there is no work to be done, however, in the view of managers, you need to invent what to do. The company doesn't care about the employee's well-being. In a week you can be working at dawn, and a day later you already have to work at 7am.

Pros

High degree of flexibility in work hours.

Cons

Salary is garbage, and you will not get a substantial raise. If you do get a raise, it will be insultingly low and the management will want you to remember that it has done a favor for you. Garbage company run by garbage people. HR loves giving empty promises, and never deliver, they were talking about raising salary since the last Trump administration but nothing was ever done. Company townhalls feel like political rallies. The CEO Nicolas Jegou is young, French, and condescending. He doesn't really have communication skills. Low EQ person. Got his position through nepotism. He works hard, I think, but he's just not qualified in the first place. If someone without connections had his resume, he/she would not have even had the opportunity to interview for the position. The company would have been better off if it was never acquired by Euronext, the French that came in to manage this company don't care about the people, they just want to move everything to Europe so they can exert better control and pay their workers less since US salaries is much higher than compared to Europe.
