      Pros

      There were bunch of good and helpful people around. Heard most of the have moved out now. So with kind of people left there, its not a very employee friendly place any more. good brand name. but the quality of work output is going down consistently due to inefficient top management.

      Cons

      pay package and annual hike is low promotion structure is very flat in most of the teams learning is very limited, it cannot be used in other companies
