      The administration is relaxed on the workers, with lots of room for Self-management. Workers are trusted to do the right thing at work. Salary payments are punctual.

      Pros

      Im Unternehmen arbeiten so viele nette Menschen. Ich habe immer das Gefühl Fragen stellen zu dürfen und der Umgang ist respektvoll und wertschätzend.

      Cons

      Nach einem halben Jahr bei der eurobahn ist mir noch nichts negatives aufgefallen. Top Fehlerkultur :)
