Pros

Some of their member organisations are doing great work in the field

Cons

Claims to be a human rights organisation although they have abusive HR and management practices: unlawful firings (almost all staff from the Tunis office in 2017 and whole staff from the Paris office by 2019), several cases of moral and sexual harassment, burn and bore out to name a few, and as a consequence extremely high turn out of staff Open case against them in the French Labour Court (Conseil de Prud'hommes) as a result of one of the abusive firings, they then paid employees that were fired afterwards to buy their silence and not add evidence to their open case No transparency and mishandling of resources (both financial and human resources) received from the different donors
