Delegates are good and usually speak English to a high standard The courses were up to date and relevant to the modern manager

Very secretive organisation You must negotiate your own fee structure: for me that was fine, for others they had no idea and they grossly undersold themselves If they like you, you do well: if you do something they don't like other think you did something, they can let you go but not tell you and not tell you why
